Note to all full GAA Club members – If you wish to propose any motion for consideration by the club for the county convention please have your proposal, in writing to David Breen before Friday 19th of October at 8pm. Please submit a hard copy or e-mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org
The procedure for motions for county convention is as follows:
– A special general meeting will be held by the club to consider any motions proposed.
– All motions passed by the meeting will be forwarded to the county board for consideration at the annual county convention
– The club will hold another special general meeting when motions from all clubs in the county are available, to discuss the clubs voting position.
Also if you wish yourself to be considered for nomination to any available position on the county board please submit your nomination to David Breen before Friday 19th of October.
