  • Shane Fenlon Pool Tournament final

    The final of the pool tournament will take place tonight with Lesley Walsh taking on Murt Sweeney in a first to 4 frames match, starting at half 8, in the Monageer Tavern. All of the proceeds of this event are going to Hospice, and all support will be greatly appreciated. A raffle, music and great pool is in store on the night. Music is by the Batt Murphy.

  • Model County Draw

    Congratulations to Robyn and Matt O Loughlin The Harrow on winning €2000 or MacBook Pro Laptop and Aidan and Ellen Kearney 48 Pairc Mhuire Ferns on winning €200 in the May draw.

  • Harrow Fun Cycle

    The Harrow cycle group are holding their Annual Fun Cycle Run from Monageer to Wexford and back at 1pm on Bank Holiday Monday 3rd June.  All proceeds to the Cancer Unit at the Children’s Hospital Crumlin. Anyone interested in partaking, please phone Josie Gahan on  087 6642057 for further details.  Children must be accompanied by an adult.  This is the 11th year of the cycle and over €100,000 has been raised to date.

  • Field Evening on Sunday 2nd June

    Monageer Boolavogue GAA, Camogie, Ladies Football & Coiste Na nOg are hosting a field evening on Sunday 2nd June at 6.45pm in the field beside the parish hall.  We would be grateful for any donations i.e. cakes, books, bottles, unwanted gifts etc. for our stalls which will be collected in the hall from 9.30 to 11.30am on Sunday morning. There is no cover charge into the event. Your support on the evening would be greatly appreciated.

  • Liam Cooper Memorial Cup

    Thanks to all who supported this event. To all the players especially those who had to wipe the dust from their boots and supporters. 360 euro was raised for the Hospice.

  • Model County Draw

    Congratulations to Anthony Dempsey on his recent win in the Model County Draw last month. The Club would like to thank all who bought tickets and wish them luck in the next 2 draws.

  • Liam Cooper Memorial Cup Match

    On Sunday evening at 5.00p.m our over 30’s will take on our under 30’s  in a game of Football in aid of the Hospice. The Liam Cooper Memorial Cup will be the prize for the winners on the night.  Come along to support the lads and the Hospice.

  • Field Evening on Sunday 2nd June @ 6.30 p.m.

    We will be holding our Annual Field Evening on Sunday 2nd June @ 6.30pm in the field beside the hall.  All the usual attractions will be there with John Carton and Aidan Fenlon cooking burgers again, fishing, wheel of fortune, bottle stall, teas and coffees, milking the cow, guess the weight of calf, penalty shoot out, hurling targets, welly throwing, goldfish, bouncy castle and many other attractions.  Please come along for a great evening and enjoy some chat with friends and neighbours.

    Under 16 Leinster Hurling League

    The Under 16 hurlers have had two great wins in the Leinster League this week. On Easter Monday they travelled to Dunboyne, Co. Meath and came away with a win on a scoreline of 4-21 to 2-4. They followed this up with another great away win in Camross, Co. Laois last night (Thurs) on a score of 6-7 to 2-8.

    The third, and final, group game is against Michael Dwyers, Wicklow on Sat 6th April at 3.30 in Monageer. This is great opportunity to show your support for a great bunch of lads who
